The Children's Museum of Portsmouth strives to keep kids loving to learn through a series of wonderful and educational interactive exhibits. The museum is located south of Prescott Park, near the waterfront of South Mill Pond. Kids are sure to enjoy the Dino Discovery exhibit, which offers a chance to put on a lab coat, and dig in real dirt for the bones of deceased dinos. Another favorite is the Lobstering exhibit, a simulated boat that lets kids pretend to try their hand at lobster catching.
